There is no per-booking commission. Payment-processing fees still apply. Monthly credit pays for automated messages and AI call minutes. Those jobs pause when credit runs out unless you have enabled auto top-up. Standard team calls and messages are included in the separate Phone plan under fair use.

Run one location on your own with a calendar, online bookings, pet records, rostering, pay calculation and commission. There is no monthly software fee. Record cash or payments taken outside Seglo; online card payments and Tap to Pay require a paid plan. Email reminders are included, and SMS reminders use prepaid credit. Phone and AI Receptionist are charged separately.

Yes. Seglo Phone is a separate product for business calls, SMS and MMS. You do not need booking software or a Seglo for Business subscription.
When you also use Seglo for Business, recognised callers can be matched to your customer, pet and booking records. Each product keeps its own subscription and billing.

AI Receptionist is optional and charged separately: A$149 a month plus A$0.40 per inbound AI minute. Outbound AI calls cost A$0.70 per minute. Prices exclude GST. The monthly AI fee is separate from the one-off Phone setup charge.

Automated messages and AI calls pause when credit runs out, unless you have enabled auto top-up. Auto top-up charges your card according to the amount and threshold you choose. Standard Australian calls, SMS and MMS your team sends through Seglo Phone are included in its plan under fair use.
Seglo subscription, setup and usage prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. GST is added to your invoice. Payment-processing fees are separate and follow your payment provider's rates.
