Free includes up to 50 bookings per month. Starter, Growth, Scale and Custom have unlimited bookings. Each pet appointment counts once, in the month of its service date using your shop’s timezone. Cancelled bookings do not count. Rescheduling moves the booking to its new month.

Scale includes two locations for A$199 a month. Each additional location is A$49 a month. For example, three locations would cost A$248 a month and five would cost A$346. Prices exclude GST. Extra locations do not add monthly credit.

Free and Starter have no included monthly credit. Growth includes A$5 and Scale includes A$10 per business, shared across all locations. Email reminders are free. Automated SMS and AI call usage use credit; top up when needed. AI Receptionist requires its own subscription.

No. Existing accounts keep their current plan terms, including their booking allowance, locations and monthly credit. The plans shown here apply to new accounts.

Seglo charges your business 0.5% per successful eligible online payment, including GST. Stripe processing fees are separate. For an eligible A$100 payment, the Seglo fee is A$0.50. Accept the payment fee terms and complete Stripe setup before collecting payments. This fee is separate from your monthly plan and credit.

Yes. Every Seglo Booking plan, including Free and Starter, includes a waitlist to record and manage waiting customers. Growth adds matching waiting customers to cancelled times and automatic gap filling.

Existing Enterprise subscriptions keep their current plan, credit and support terms. Enterprise is no longer offered for new selections. Contact us to discuss a different plan or a custom arrangement.

Free includes up to 50 bookings per month. Run one location with your whole team using a calendar, online bookings, pet records, rostering, pay calculation and commission. There is no monthly software fee.

Record cash or payments taken outside Seglo; connect Stripe to accept online payments and collect a saved card at booking after completing payment setup. Charging saved cards for cancellations or no-shows requires a paid plan. Tap to Pay requires a paid plan.

Email reminders are included, and SMS reminders use prepaid credit. Phone and AI Receptionist are charged separately.

Yes. Grooming Care is included from Starter at A$49/month, excluding GST. Set how often a pet needs grooming, see when it is due back and check whether the next visit is booked.

Yes. Seglo Phone is a separate product for business calls, SMS and MMS. You do not need booking software or a Seglo Booking subscription.

When you also use Seglo Booking, recognised callers can be matched to your customer, pet and booking records. Each product keeps its own subscription and billing.

Yes. The A$79 monthly price includes two people. Each extra person is A$29 a month, up to five people per number. A person is anyone you give phone access to. You pay per person, not per phone: each person can use as many phones and tablets as they like at no extra charge. Setup is A$149 once. Prices exclude GST.

AI Receptionist is optional and charged separately: A$149 a month plus A$0.40 per inbound AI minute. Outbound AI calls cost A$0.70 per minute. Prices exclude GST. The monthly AI fee is separate from the one-off Phone setup charge.

Every Seglo Booking plan includes unlimited team members: owners, groomers, bathers, receptionists and casual staff. Choose a higher plan if you need its features or more locations. People with Seglo Phone access are counted separately.

You can keep the Free Seglo Booking plan for your whole team at one location with no time limit, or try Starter-level features for 14 days with no credit card required. Seglo Phone has a paid setup and a monthly subscription that starts when your number goes live. Its cancellation and refund terms are on the Phone pricing page.

Automated messages and AI calls pause when credit runs out, unless you have enabled auto top-up. Auto top-up charges your card according to the amount and threshold you choose. Standard Australian calls, SMS and MMS your team sends through Seglo Phone are included in its plan under fair use.

Seglo subscription, setup and usage prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. GST is added to your invoice. The Seglo 0.5% eligible online payment fee includes GST. Payment provider fees are separate.
