Staff enter the hours they can work and accept or decline shift invitations on their phone. Plus return visits as a daily follow-up list, free on every plan.
- v1.85–v1.86
Seglo tells you which days are short-staffed, who can cover the shift, and what it earns
See which days need another groomer, why, who can cover the shift and what it earns, then invite them in one step. Plus one Google review text per customer.
- v1.82–v1.84
Waitlist requests now carry each dog's full service and price, and customers can book from chat
Waitlist requests keep each dog's service, bundle and groomer, with a firm quote before you accept — and customers can finish a booking in chat.
- v1.81
AI receptionist per location: a separate phone line, personality and bill for each shop
Run an AI receptionist at each location instead of one for the whole business — own phone line, own greeting, own instructions, turned on and billed per shop. Customers can also chat with it on your booking page.
- v1.80
Return visits: see which pets are due back for grooming
A Return visits list shows every pet overdue or due in the next 14 days with no booking. Grooming intervals are now set per pet, not per owner.
- v1.78
See which reminder channels will actually send — and what happened to the ones you sent
The Send reminder dialog now offers only the channels that can send, tells you why one can't, and keeps a history of every reminder on the booking. Plus rescheduling keeps the booking's own answers.
- v1.76
One booking request per visit, not one per pet
Booking requests now arrive as one row per visit with every pet on it, and Decline is its own action with its own wording. Plus required questions you choose.
- v1.74
Send a grooming report card after every visit
Tap a dog on the body map to record what you found, then send the customer a report card. Plus a front desk board that tracks where each dog is.
- v1.72
Match a card terminal sale to its booking without charging the card again
Clear a card terminal day from the reconciliation page: most lines match themselves, the rest match to a booking in place, and the card is never charged twice.
- v1.71
Card terminal reconciliation: pull the day, match every sale, mark what isn't yours
Reconcile your card terminal against Seglo in one page: pull the day's report, see every unmatched sale explained, and mark the ones that aren't yours. Plus private customer messages and a rebuilt Settings.
- v1.69
Recurring visits, rebuilt: one rhythm per customer, every pet in one visit
Set a regular client's rhythm once, every 2, 4 or 6 weeks, and Seglo books all their pets as one visit. Plus rebuilt Payments settings and a new dashboard.
- v1.68
A Payments section for the money side, customers who can edit their own pet's profile, and a rebuilt Messages list
Payments is now its own section — every tender, what is still owed, refunds issued, bank payouts and an end-of-day cash count. Customers can edit their pet's profile themselves, and the mobile Messages list has been rebuilt around the conversation.
- v1.67
A photo album for every pet, booking forms that ask real questions, and a flag on unanswered texts
Each pet now has its own photo album on their profile, booking form questions read as sentences instead of field labels, and the Front Desk flags customer texts nobody has answered.
- v1.65
Send and receive photo messages, rewrite a text with AI, and record a voicemail greeting
Picture messages now send and arrive as one album, staff can have AI rewrite a text in your shop's style, and you can type a voicemail greeting and have it spoken on the line.
- v1.64
Take card payments on a Tyro terminal, and see the surcharge on every sale
Tyro EFTPOS terminals now take payments straight from the counter checkout, card surcharges are recorded on every transaction, and refunds are protected against being sent twice.
- v1.63
Dictate a client note instead of typing it, and let Google review requests go out on their own
Hold the search button and speak — the note is transcribed and filed against the right client. Google review requests now send themselves per shop, with the rules you set.
- v1.62
Bring your existing Australian mobile number to Seglo Phone, set up a counter kiosk, and see caller names on every call
Port your existing Australian mobile number to Seglo Phone, decide exactly what your counter kiosk can do, and see the client's name on calls, messages and voicemail instead of a bare number.
- v1.61
Phone app notifications only for calls, Tap to Pay names your device, and the schedule updates the moment a payment lands
The Seglo Phone app now only receives call notifications, Tap to Pay names the phone you are actually holding, and the schedule shows a booking as paid the moment the payment goes through.
- v1.55
Clock staff in and out by phone, kiosk or a tap tag — and let your team request leave
Choose how your team clocks in at each location, clock in by tapping a Seglo tag, let staff request leave for approval, and set every pricing question from one grid.
- v1.51
Set the client profile fields your business asks for, and filter Messages by phone number
Choose what every client profile records from one settings page, filter Messages by which of your numbers a text came in on, and stay signed in on the appointment app.
- v1.50
Team Schedule permissions are now enforced everywhere, on mobile too
Set who can view and who can edit the roster, and the mobile app now honours it. Plus: stay signed in on the app, a month calendar in My Shifts, and a mobile booking list customers can actually use.
- v1.48
Skill templates: set up a new team member's services in one click
Save a service list on a position and apply it to anyone you hire into that role. Plus a direct on/off switch for online booking, and leave approval now shows the appointments it would displace.
- v1.47
Redesigned permission editor splits Messages from Calls, adds a leave notice policy
A redesigned 6-group permission editor separates Messages and Calls access and gives checkout its own Payments permission, plus a minimum notice window before staff can request leave.
- v1.46
Plan next week's roster by clicking, plus a faster mobile shift card and Square go-live control
Build next week's staff roster by clicking shifts onto days, get a faster shift card on mobile, and go live with an imported Square location on your own timing.
- v1.45
A clearer day — the briefing redesigned, rosters that bend, calls that tell the truth
The day briefing gets a cleaner timeline, staff can be marked not working for a day in one tap, and declined calls stop hiding among the missed.
- v1.42
Your notes come back to you — AI notes on every appointment
Seglo now reads every note after each visit and pins a short summary — safety flags first — inside the customer's next appointment.
- v1.41
One tap from reminder to booking — and your texts, right in the appointment app
Every reminder now carries one short link your customers tap to view, confirm or move their booking — and the appointment app gets a full Messages tab.
- v1.33
Pricing gets its own home — clearer to find, simpler to set
Pricing now lives in Settings with a cleaner, plainer editor — easier to find, quicker to set up, and reachable in one step from any service.
- v1.30
Fill a waitlist slot in one tap, ask the right question for every service, and send proper tax invoices
Turn a waitlist offer into a confirmed booking in one tap, tailor the questions each service asks, charge Tap to Pay with a real tax invoice, and move through the app faster than ever.
- v1.19

Add to the bill, sign on the spot, and a calendar that never hides a booking

- v1.13
Archive locations, crop your photos, and smarter booking suggestions
Tidy up old locations without losing their history, crop hero and gallery photos to fit, and give customers clearer, ranked time suggestions when they book.
