Archive locations you no longer use

You can now archive a location you've stopped using instead of leaving it cluttering your lists. Archived locations drop out of your day-to-day views — scheduling, booking, reports — while keeping all their past history intact.

Restore whenever you need

Changed your mind, or reopening a site? Restore an archived location in a click and it's back exactly where it was. Archiving is fully reversible, with clear warnings before you archive your last active location and a quick type-to-confirm step so it never happens by accident.

No accidental bookings at closed sites

Once a location is archived, new bookings can't be made against it — so customers and staff are never sent to a site you've closed.

Sharper photos

Crop your hero and gallery images

When you upload your hero image, you can now crop it to the right shape so it always looks intentional, never awkwardly cut off. Gallery photos get free-form cropping so you can frame each shot the way you want.

Photos that always load cleanly

Images across your public pages now fall back gracefully if a version isn't ready yet, so your profile and gallery look polished to every visitor instead of showing a broken image.

Smarter booking

Clearer time suggestions for customers

When customers book, the available times now highlight the best options with a short reason for each — so instead of scanning a wall of slots, they're guided straight to a time that works. The full list of times stays visible; the standouts are just easier to spot.

Smoother staff onboarding

A faster welcome form

New team members can now finish their welcome form with less friction — date of birth and address are optional, and skills can be selected all at once instead of one by one.

Your business profile page loads noticeably faster.
Booking links now always point to the right customer-facing address.
After signing in, you're taken straight to your own area of the app, every time.
On the schedule, hovering a booking no longer hides the staff-name header.
