On the go
Switch locations from the schedule
If you run more than one location, you can now tap the location name at the top of the mobile schedule to switch — the same quick picker you already use from the More menu, now right where you're looking. No more digging through menus to change which site you're viewing.
Clearer booking details
Open a booking and the time now reads as a clean, bold line instead of sitting in a grey box. Drop-off and pickup times get distinct up and down arrows, so the flow of the day is obvious at a glance.
Make the schedule your own
Arrange your staff columns
Drag your staff columns into the order that matches how you work, and the calendar remembers it next time you open it.
Zoom the calendar
Zoom the calendar in or out to fit more of the day on screen or focus in on a busy stretch — your preference sticks.
Jump to a customer from a booking
Tap the customer's name on a booking to open their full details right there, without leaving the schedule.
Polish
- The on-screen confirmation messages have a softer, cleaner look.
- One-off shifts now show up correctly on timesheets and check-in.
- Small layout fixes so pop-up panels always sit cleanly above the booking sheet on mobile.
