Can I require a saved card when customers book?
Yes, with online payments enabled and a payment connection that supports saved cards. Saving the card does not charge it; you choose whether to charge the applicable no-show fee.
Does Seglo replace Xero?
No. Seglo syncs pay-run and invoice data to Xero so your accountant works in their tool while you work in yours.
Can extras be added at pickup?
Yes. Add agreed services or retail before checkout. If an individual booking is already paid, collect the added balance in cash or on your external card machine and record it against that booking.
Can Seglo calculate groomer commission?
Yes. Set your team's commission or hourly rates, then review the earnings calculated from each person's recorded work.
