This is the biggest release we've shipped. Pricing now bends to how you actually charge, the calendar has been rebuilt from the ground up, your rooms and equipment stop getting double-booked, new businesses can go live in minutes, and you can now text customers from your own business number. Here's what's new.
Price by what actually matters
Flat per-service pricing never fit businesses where the price depends on the pet, the coat, or the size of the job. Now it does.
Build your own pricing questions
Set up the things that change a price — coat type, temperament, breed, size — in plain language, with drag-to-reorder and AI-suggested options. No spreadsheets, no rigid presets.
Price by weight or any range
Charge across number ranges — for example, a price band per weight bracket — with an editable range table, and a worked "here's how this price is built" example so the maths is never a mystery.
Customers answer once
During booking, customers answer only the questions that affect their price. Returning customers get "same as last time" — their on-file answers are pre-filled, so they're only asked what's missing.
Priced add-ons
Customers can multi-select priced extras as part of a booking, and the total updates as they go.

A live calendar that updates itself
New bookings appear on the calendar instantly, no refresh needed. Day and week views, a density control, and real per-day opening hours.
Drag to reschedule
Drag a booking to a new time with a live drop-time preview, then confirm — so an accidental drag never quietly moves an appointment.
Readable even when it's busy
Overlapping bookings stack into clean, readable cards with a concurrency "heat strip" so you can spot your busiest stretches at a glance. Each card shows status, payment, processing time, buffers, and group or multi-pet markers.
Clear the unassigned backlog
A dedicated panel for bookings with no staff yet — drag them onto the right person, across multiple days, or assign in one tap straight from the booking.
One drawer for everything
Open a booking to see resources, photos, drop-off and ready times, and full payment detail. Edit the time, staff, resources, and notes in one save. Send a receipt, reminder, or intake form right from the drawer, with an email/SMS chooser.
Requests, no-shows, and overbooking
A cleaner pending-requests view with one-tap accept. Mark a no-show and charge the no-show fee in the same step, with the fee amount shown. Owners can deliberately overbook a slot with a one-tap reason when they need to.
