Skill templates: set up a new team member's services in one click
Save a service list on a position and apply it to anyone you hire into that role. Plus a direct on/off switch for online booking, and leave approval now shows the appointments it would displace.
Skill templates — save a service list on a position
Build the list once, apply it to every new hire
Create a template of services on a position — "Groomer", "Bather" — and apply it to a team member in one click instead of ticking twenty services by hand. Templates belong to the position, so the list stays right for the role rather than being copied from whoever was hired last.
Apply a template while you add the person
Quick-add now takes a template at the same time you create the team member, so a new hire arrives with their services already set.
Manage templates from desktop or mobile
Templates show as a chip row on the Skills tab on both. Tap a chip to apply it; open the manage panel to create, rename or delete. Renaming is inline and keeps what you typed if the name is already taken.
Turn a team member's online booking on or off directly
One switch, on the team member
The team member drawer now has a direct "Customers can book this person" switch under Online booking. Flip it and it saves — no separate apply step.
Changing someone's job title no longer changes their bookings
Assigning or clearing a position used to quietly flip whether customers could book that person. It doesn't any more: a position is a job title, and whether someone is offered to customers is its own setting that only you change.
Give a team member the app with one toggle
The toggle is the invitation
Turning on app access now sends the invitation — there's no separate Send button to remember. Access and invitation are one card, so it's clear in one place what someone has been given.
See the access being granted before you invite
The invite states exactly which access the person will receive, so granting app access is a visible decision rather than a side effect.
See which appointments a leave request would displace
Approve blocks when appointments are affected
Approving leave that clashes with booked appointments now stops and lists them, grouped by day with a total, instead of silently unassigning them. Approve anyway with an explicit override when that's what you want. Works on desktop and mobile.
Approved leave removes the slots
Approving leave now clears the person's affected slots from online booking straight away, so a customer can't book someone who has just been approved off.
Leave notifications for the whole cycle
Cancelled leave and leave scheduled on someone's behalf now send notifications, and the reassignment alert triggered by leave appears in the notification settings list so you can control who receives it.
Edit times on a scheduled shift with no clock-in
Timesheet rows for scheduled shifts where nobody clocked in are now editable — enter the hours directly instead of needing a clock-in first to correct the day.
Your booking page leads with your business
The public booking page on mobile now opens with your business's own name and photo. The Seglo header bar and oversized sign-in button are gone, and the photo runs the full width instead of sitting boxed in.
