Team Schedule permissions are now enforced everywhere, on mobile too

Set who can view and who can edit the roster, and the mobile app now honours it. Plus: stay signed in on the app, a month calendar in My Shifts, and a mobile booking list customers can actually use.

Team Schedule permissions now apply on mobile

View and Edit are two different things

Give someone Schedule = View and they can read the roster but not touch it — adding, editing, deleting shifts and opening the plan are all off. Give them Manage and they can actually build the roster, whether or not they're an owner or admin. Previously the mobile app decided this from the person's role, so a manager you'd granted Edit Schedules was stuck on read-only while an admin without the permission kept every edit button.

No access means no Schedule tab

Turn Schedule off for a team member and the Schedule tab disappears from Team in the mobile app, instead of being visible to anyone with a staff record. The person lands on the first tab they do have access to.

The roster can't be edited around the permission

Creating, editing and deleting shifts now checks the Edit Schedules permission on every path, not just in the screens that hid the buttons.

The booking calendar still shows everyone

Taking someone's Schedule permission away no longer empties the booking calendar of staff columns. The calendar reads "who is working today" separately, so a person who only has calendar access still sees every provider's column.

Mobile app

Stay signed in between sessions

Open the app after a few hours — or the next morning — and you go straight in instead of being asked to type your email again. Logging out still logs you out: close and reopen after a deliberate log out and you get the login screen, as you should.

A month calendar in My Shifts

The shift card under More now shows this week as a strip and the next 30 days as a month calendar underneath. Days you're rostered on are circled; tap one to see that day's hours, tap again to close. If the 30 days run into next month, next month's grid appears too.

Customers booking on a phone

The booking list and the booking detail stop fighting for the screen

A customer opening their bookings on a phone browser now taps a booking and gets a sheet over the list, instead of a detail panel stacked below the fold where nothing appeared to happen. Reschedule and Cancel are pinned to the bottom of the sheet — no scrolling to find them — and past bookings offer Book again.

A filter row instead of a dropdown

Upcoming, Past, Cancelled and All are now a row of buttons across the top on a phone, with the search box on its own line. Desktop is unchanged: list on the left, detail on the right.

Staff notification links go to the right page

Assign a booking or a shift to a team member and the button in their email now opens the actual booking or their roster. Several of these links previously pointed at a page that didn't exist.

Seglo Phone

Complaints and payment assistance policies published

Seglo Phone customers can now read the complaints handling and financial hardship policies at seglo.ai, alongside terms and privacy rewritten for how the service actually resells carriage.

A busy line frees itself

If a call ends without the network telling us cleanly, the line no longer stays marked busy — it releases itself, so the next call gets through instead of being turned away.
