This release is about the moment of sale — adding to a bill without starting over, getting agreements signed cleanly, and never losing a booking behind another on a busy day.

One booking, everything on it

You can now add extra services, products, or a discount to a booking — before it's paid or after. Pick from your catalogue in a single sheet, and the total updates as you go, so a customer who adds a retail product at checkout, or books an extra service on the day, ends up on one bill instead of a second transaction.

Balance-aware checkout and refunds

When you add to a booking that's already been paid, Seglo works out the difference and charges only the top-up — no re-running the whole payment. If the change lowers the total, a refund banner shows exactly what's owed back, so the numbers are always clear at the counter.

Digital agreements, tidied up

Edit agreements where you set up bookings

Your digital agreement now lives and edits right inside Booking Settings, with a template picker to start from. Agreements are a single, clear concept — no more separate "policy" form to keep in sync.

Choose who gets a signed copy

Each agreement has its own switch for emailing the customer a signed copy, on by default. Turn it off for the casual agreements where a copy in the inbox just adds noise.

A calendar that never hides a booking

Overlapping appointments all stay visible

When bookings overlap, each one now steps in slightly instead of sitting directly on top of the last — so every appointment keeps a visible edge and nothing disappears behind its neighbour. You can see the whole stack at a glance.

On mobile, double-tap the Schedule tab to snap the calendar back to the current time from wherever you've scrolled.

Clearer availability

The availability step now shows how long a service takes, rather than a ready-by time — easier to read when you're offering a slot.

Cancel with a reason, your way

Cancelling a booking now opens a tidy dialog with a reason picker and a switch for whether the customer is notified — and owners can choose to suppress the cancellation email entirely.

Business phone gateway

For businesses running the Seglo phone gateway, pairing a device is now a simple QR scan. You can revoke a device in one tap, and re-pair it just as quickly if you swap hardware — each device carries its own secure credential.

Behind the scenes

Staff permission controls have been reorganised to be clearer and more consistent — the same actions gate the same way across every screen, on desktop and mobile. Nothing you need to change; things just line up more predictably.
