Hold a waitlist offer, add anything to a bill, and a briefing built around your clients

Give a waitlisted customer time to say yes, add or remove any service on a bill, and start each day with a briefing shaped around the people walking in.

This release is about giving people room to decide, keeping every bill flexible, and opening the day already knowing who's coming in.

Waitlist offers that wait for an answer

A countdown, not a scramble

When you send a waitlist offer, the customer now sees a clear countdown showing how long the slot is theirs to claim — with a note reassuring them the time isn't booked out from under them while they decide. No more guessing whether an offer is still live.

One slot, held for the person reviewing it

While a customer is looking at an offer, that slot is held for them — anyone else who opens the same offer sees it's being reviewed, so two people can't grab the same opening at once. Step away and come back, and Seglo picks up right where you left off.

Expired offers free themselves up

If an offer isn't accepted in time, Seglo automatically releases the hold and puts the slot back in play — no manual tidying, and the next person in line gets their chance.

More flexible bills

Add a service that needs the details

Building on add-to-bill, you can now add a service that depends on specifics — like a size or add-on that changes the price — and Seglo works out the exact cost as you pick, so the total is right before you commit.

Remove a service from a bill

Changed your mind, or added the wrong thing? You can now take a service back off a booking, and Seglo recalculates the bill and frees up the time and resources it was holding.

A briefing built around your clients

Your daily business briefing has been rebuilt around what you actually keep on each customer — their notes and history — so the morning summary reads like a rundown of the people coming in, not just a list of appointments.

Mobile improvements

Tidier notifications

Clear everything in one tap with mark-all-read, undo a dismissal if you tapped too fast, and find your way faster with notifications now grouped under clear section headers.

A calmer unassigned backlog

On a busy day, unassigned bookings now collapse into a single pinned summary bar you can open into a full sheet — so the schedule stays readable instead of drowning in a pile of loose bookings.

Booking bills, cleaner on every screen

The bill inside a booking's detail view has been refined to read clearly on both mobile and desktop, and a round of polish keeps on-screen keyboards from ever covering the field you're typing in.

Business phone

For businesses running Seglo's phone service, calls that go unanswered now capture a voicemail — stored safely and surfaced to you — and incoming calls resolve to the right business more reliably. Part of an upgrade to Seglo's calling backbone that keeps your number working the same, only steadier.

Get Started

Everything here is live in your Seglo dashboard. Send a waitlist offer and watch the hold work for you, add or remove services from any booking's summary, and check your morning briefing to see the day's clients at a glance.
