Booking details and cards now show the answers a customer gave as clean value pills grouped under each service, and services that scale — like a pet's size — can carry their own icon so the booking reads instantly.

Add a service, remove one, or swap a line for another — from a booking's detail view on mobile or desktop — and Seglo recalculates the bill and frees or reserves the time and resources to match. Services that depend on specifics (a size, an add-on) price themselves exactly as you pick, and you can stage a booking-level product or discount code right as you create the booking.

Receipts now render as full tax invoices — with your ABN, tax breakdown, and line items — viewable from the receipt link. Set it up once: Seglo checks your ABN, pulls your business details from the national register, and pre-fills the rest.

When Tap to Pay needs location permission, Seglo now guides you straight to the setting instead of failing quietly — so a payment doesn't stall on a permission prompt.

No-show fees that follow your policy

No-show charges now come from your own cancellation policy instead of a fixed default — the fee you set is the fee that's offered, and the charge is only surfaced when there's actually a fee to collect. The customer's name and phone travel with the charge so it's easy to reconcile.

An app that opens instantly

The mobile app now remembers its data between visits, so your key screens appear the moment you open them and refresh quietly in the background — no more staring at a spinner every time you switch tabs.

Booking detail & notes

Booking details now keep a customer note under the appointment and separate, always-editable notes for each profile — handy when one booking covers more than one pet, where you can swipe between profiles right in the detail view. Pickup and notification preferences are now simple full-row toggles instead of a buried menu.
