Before sending an offer, Seglo now checks that the waiting customer's service genuinely fits the freed time, using the real duration of their service rather than a rough estimate. No more offers for a slot that's too short to hold the appointment.

The right staff and room

Offers now also respect what the service needs — the right staff skill and an available room — so a freed slot only goes to someone you can actually book in. Fewer dead-end offers, less back-and-forth.

More accurate payments and settlement

Gift cards counted correctly

Gift cards are now tracked as their own payment type and kept separate from your bankable revenue. Your settlement and sales totals reflect the real cash you took, with gift-card activity shown on its own rather than inflating the figures.
