What's new
- Share the follow-up. Take a conversation, assign it to a teammate or mark it done. The teammate receives a notification.
- Choose your outgoing number. Pick which business line to call from and set a default for each location.
- Personalise saved replies. Quick replies can fill in the client’s and pets’ names. Edit and reorder them in the app.
- Read voicemail. Check the summary or transcript when you cannot listen.
- Manage review requests. See upcoming Google review texts and set each location’s review link.
- See more on iPad. Turn it sideways to view the conversation list and an open chat together.
- Silence message alerts too. Do Not Disturb now covers messages as well as calls.
