Seglo

Your notes come back to you — AI notes on every appointment

Seglo now reads every note after each visit and pins a short summary — safety flags first — inside the customer's next appointment.

The warning you wrote three months ago is only useful if it finds you at the right moment. From this release, it does.

AI notes on every appointment

The important things, remembered for you

After every completed visit, Seglo reads what was written — your team's notes, the customer's own booking note, and their standing notes — and keeps a short running summary per customer. Open any appointment on the schedule and it's right there under the customer's notes: how recent visits went, their standing preferences, and any promise you made ("offer them a discount next time") waiting where you'll actually see it.

Safety flags you can't miss

Allergies, handling requirements, behaviour warnings — anything safety-critical sits at the top of the AI notes in its own highlighted block, on every future appointment, permanently. Once something is flagged it is never forgotten, no matter how many visits pass. The finer detail tucks behind a Show more so your schedule stays clean.

Nothing to set up

The summary builds itself from the notes you already write. New customers simply don't have one yet — it appears after their first completed visit. And your original notes are untouched: the AI notes are a digest, not a replacement.

Small touches

Customer notes are now theirs alone

What a customer writes when booking now stays exactly as they wrote it — shown on the appointment, editable by no one. Your team's own notes live in the team notes thread, where they always have.

There's a new help article — AI notes — covering where the summary appears, how to make a note carry forward, and how to make a warning permanent.
