This release is about fewer steps: customers reach their booking from any reminder with one tap, and you answer their texts without leaving the appointment app.

One link to their booking, everywhere

Every confirmation and reminder — email or text — now carries the same short link straight to the customer's booking. No account, no password: they tap and they're looking at their appointment. Existing upcoming bookings got the new link too, and it works for walk-ins as well.

Confirm, move or cancel without calling you

From that page a customer can confirm they're coming, reschedule, or cancel — guarded by a quick last-four-digits-of-phone check so only they can change it. Once the appointment has started the page becomes view-only, and the link keeps working for a month after the visit so they can always find the details.

A cleaner page to land on

The booking page now leads with what matters — the date and time — and wears your business's branding, with a simple menu for customers who are signed in.

Messages, now in the appointment app

Your texts, where you work

The appointment app gets a full Messages tab: every customer conversation, with photos, search, and quick replies — no more switching apps to answer a text. You can see which teammate sent each message, and an unread badge keeps you on top of new ones. Notifications now live under More, with their own badge.

Fast, even for long conversations

Threads open instantly to the newest message, older history loads smoothly as you scroll, and long conversation lists stay quick.

Find any booking in seconds

A new search button in the appointment app looks across your bookings and customers as you type — recent searches included — and jumps you straight to the booking you tapped.

Small touches

See who's confirmed at a glance

When a customer confirms their appointment, the booking now shows a double-check on your schedule — so you know who's coming before the day starts.

Clearer text-line alerts

Alerts about your business's text line now name the exact device and line affected, and battery warnings step up as the level drops so you can act before it dies.
