Grooming reports with photos for each body area

Add photos where you record grooming observations

Add a photo directly from Edit report, or upload it while recording an observation for a body area. Photos show their linked areas, so your team can tell which observation each image belongs to.

Open a photo to view it full size and remove it from the appointment and report when needed. Removing a photo's link to one body area keeps the photo in the report.

On your phone, body observations open in their own panel. Return to the report to review your notes, then use the tick in the header to save.

Read appointment details on your phone

Booking details group the visit, grooming report, care cycle, team notes and customer forms into labelled sections. The Close button stays at the top while you scroll through the pet and customer details.

The Pet Card brings pet details, the last visit, upcoming appointment and grooming record together. Grooming Care shows the care cycle and upcoming appointment, with Auto Book controls available when expanded.

Booking availability and settings

• Newly available dates have staff availability ready. Staff schedules are prepared ahead of the last date customers can book, while your booking limit stays the same.
• Paid visits link to staff roster records. Processing failures can retry instead of leaving the visit unlinked. Historical gaps still need a separate check.
• Data export has moved into Settings on phones. Owners can find it under More → Settings → Your records.
• The public booking page ends with the Seglo footer. The extra shop-details section below the booking flow has been removed.
