In My Pets, customers can see a pet’s photo, next grooming arrangement and latest shared grooming report together. They can open the full report or browse earlier reports, with ten visits loaded at a time.

Clearer booking details for your team

Booking details now separate visit progress, services, customer requests, team notes and customer forms into labelled groups. Pricing factors use a more compact layout on phones, keeping the service total easy to find.

Customer accounts and daily summaries

• Customer records stay with the verified account. Contact details entered during booking no longer act as proof of account ownership. Saving a payment card requires sign-in; one-off guest payments remain available.
• Daily settlement summaries follow staff access. Notifications go to team members who can view the business’s settlement, keeping shop-wide figures out of personal-only staff views.
