Send files by text, and see who is handling each conversation

Send photos and documents to a customer as a private link, claim and hand over message threads, and reminder texts that name the pet and the day.

Send files to a customer by text

Attach photos and documents to a message

Pick up to 10 files, 20 MB in total, and send them with your message. The customer gets a link, opens it on their phone and views or downloads each file — no app, no account.

Revoke a link when you need to

A shared link stops working the moment you revoke it, and expires on its own 30 days after you send it. Every file is scanned before it can be sent, so nothing leaves the shop unchecked.

See who is handling each conversation

Claim a thread, or hand it to a teammate

Open a conversation nobody is on and tap I'll take it. To pass it on, tap Hand over and pick the person — they get a notification on their phone that opens the conversation. Anyone can still reply to any thread; owning it says who is following it up, not who is allowed in.

Filter the inbox by All, Mine or Nobody's

The counts follow the filter, so Nobody's is the real backlog rather than a guess. Each row now shows the location and who is on it, with an amber Nobody yet when no one has picked it up.

Reminder and confirmation texts that read like a person wrote them

The pet's name, the day of the week and the time

Reminders, confirmations, reschedules, cancellations and ready-for-pickup texts now name the customer and the pet and spell the weekday — "Sat 5 Sep, 9:00am" — so nobody has to work out which visit you mean. Each one fits in a single message.

A different text on the day

The day before asks whether the time still suits. On the day it stops asking and tells them where to come: the time, and the shop's address.

Bookings imported from Square

Messaging follows the booking, not the shop

A booking that came from Square is still handled by Square, and Seglo says so on that booking. Everything you book in Seglo messages your customer normally — from the first day, with no per-shop switch to turn on and no "soft launch" state to wait out.

A booking page that looks like your shop

Your cover photo, logo and description on the first screen

The booking link now opens on your shop's card — cover photo, logo, name, location and your own description — with one Book an appointment button under it. Gift cards sit beneath as a second option instead of competing with it.

One drop-off time, listed once

Booking settings no longer offers the 30-minute earliest drop-off twice.
