Google reviews on your dashboard, booking pages that show up on Google, and fill-in-the-blank quick replies

Each shop's live Google rating and weekly review asks on the dashboard, booking pages indexed by Google, and quick replies with a price you pick as you send.

Your Google rating now sits on the dashboard next to how many customers you asked for a review this week. Public booking pages are indexable, so a customer searching for your shop can land straight on it. And a quick reply can now carry a price you choose at send time instead of one you have to retype.

Google reviews

See every shop's rating and asks on the dashboard

The dashboard has a Google reviews card. Each shop shows its live Google rating and review count, how many customers finished a groom in the last 7 days, and how many of them were asked for a review. A shop without Seglo Phone says so and gives you a Set up Seglo Phone button, because review texts send from your business number.

Shops that are off are listed, with the reason

Front Desk → Review texts → Google review overview now lists every shop, including the ones that are turned off. Each row says Off and why nobody was asked, so a shop that quietly stopped asking is visible instead of missing. The Reviews section stays in the menu whether or not any shop is on.

Find your shop on Google by typing its name

In Settings → Google review text settings, type your shop's name under Your shop on Google and pick it from the list. Seglo stores the listing and shows View on Google Maps so you can check it is the right one. No Google Business Profile connection needed. Picking a listing does not switch automatic sending on, and you cannot remove the listing from a shop that is still sending — turn sending off or paste a review link first.

Online booking pages on Google

Your booking page can now be found in search

Public booking pages at seglo.ai/@yourhandle/your-location/bookings are indexable. Each one has its own title and description, and the page itself carries your business name, address, phone, opening hours and service list in the page, not just after the booking widget loads — which is what a search engine reads. Every public location's booking page is in the sitemap. Contacts-only locations and internal pages stay out of search, as before.

Book Now goes to the right location

Book Now on a store page is a real link now, so it opens in a new tab, can be copied, and lands on that location's booking page with the service already chosen.

The price bar no longer covers your shop details

On a phone, scrolling to the bottom of the booking page no longer hides your address, hours and the Seglo line behind the total.

Messages

Quick replies with options you pick as you send

Settings → Quick replies → Choices lets you set up a named choice — for example Dematting fee with options $20, $40 and $60. Drop it into a quick reply, and when you send that reply you pick the option (or type your own) and the finished sentence goes into the box. One quick reply now covers every price instead of one per price.

Edit a quick reply in a sheet, and reorder by dragging

Quick replies now open in an editing sheet instead of an inline form, drag to reorder, and typing / in the body brings up the list of names and choices to insert. Literal brackets you type stay literal.

Quick replies follow the Messages permission

Adding, editing and reordering quick replies and choices now needs the Messages edit permission rather than being owner-only, so a front desk manager can maintain them. Anyone who can send a message can still use a quick reply and pick an option.

Locations

Address search is free, and the map pin is right

Searching for a location address no longer bills a geocode on every keystroke — only the address you actually save is geocoded. The saved address is what sets the pin, so the map on your public business page lands on the right spot instead of on a half-typed suggestion.

Smaller changes

  • Speech-to-text usage in Settings → Usage now has a Voicemails line, ready for voicemail transcripts.
