Build next week's roster by clicking, not typing

• Place shifts by clicking. Pick a shift, then click each day it applies to — left-click adds, right-click removes, and it appears instantly. Use inspect mode to read a shift's detail instead of placing.
• Edit a planned shift in full. Open a shift for its full detail in the usual editor, and remove a live base shift from there. Weekly hours add up as you go, so you see each person's total before the week starts.
• Plan across locations. Switch location on the plan page without losing drafts you've started elsewhere.

Faster, steadier shift card on mobile

• No flicker on update, and the week strip stays tappable on narrow phones.
• Pull to refresh reloads only the card, not the whole page — so it responds immediately.
• Day briefing and this week's shifts now sit where they belong: the briefing under Needs Attention, this week's shifts in the card footer.

Team and pay

• Pay type is now clear switch rows, not a hidden control.
• A scheduled pay change refreshes the employment page as soon as it lands.
• An hourly rate with an existing value can be edited on the first keystroke.

Import a Square location and go live when you're ready

• Go live per location. An imported Square location starts in soft launch with a badge; click Go live to turn it on, one location at a time.
• Soft-launch stays quiet. No appointment messages go to customers, and imported bookings don't count toward utilisation — so importing won't spam Square customers or inflate how busy your day looks. Going live returns everything to normal.

Small fixes

• Numeric fields no longer overwrite an edit you're partway through typing.
• Shift and roster spacing tidied.
• Website chat support now often answers instantly and accurately.

Get Started

Open the planning page, pick a shift, and click the days you want it on. Importing from Square? Look for the soft-launch badge and click Go live when the timing suits you.
