Let a note write amounts and to-dos for you
Add a rule to a note: on a date, a set number of days before or after it, every few days, weeks or months, when a to-do is ticked, or when a balance reaches an amount. The rule adds amounts, creates a to-do or reminds you. Start from Money owed, Bill due or Follow-up, or build your own. Tap any part of a rule to change it.
See a note's history in one place
Tap a note card to read the note: its description, its rules and its History, with to-dos you can tick. Add record appends a new entry to the end of the note.
Pay runs
Unpaid pay runs update when pay details change
Change a pay rate, a pay schedule, an adjustment or a roster shift, and every unpaid pay run it affects is recalculated. Before a pay run is sent to Xero, it is refreshed first, so Xero receives the current figures.
Pay schedule changes start on the right period
When you change a pay schedule, calendars, pay cards and the Daily Earnings strip on mobile follow the schedule in effect for each period. A pending change names the new value and when it starts.
Scheduling
Invite available staff to cover a booked day
When bookings sit on an open slot, the assign sheet shows who said they are available, who has not answered and who cannot work. Tap Ask to send them a shift invite; whoever accepts takes the bookings. Turn on Auto shift invites in Booking settings → Advanced to send these invites for each store automatically.
Closed days say Closed
On a closure date, the schedule shows Closed instead of No one on shift.
Timesheets
Set, remove or undo any day's break
Edit times has a Break section for every worked day, whether the team member clocks in or not. Add a break, change its start and length, or remove it so the day is paid in full. The Hours table shows the weekend rate under the wages.
Plans and settlement
Know what stops before you change plan
When a plan change removes Growth features, the confirmation names which of automatic waitlist offers, automatic gap filling and Xero sync stop for your business, and on what date. Your settings are kept, and upgrading turns them back on.
Switch store on the mobile settlement month
The mobile Daily Settlement month view names the store and lets you switch to another. Day total waits for the day's hours before it shows Final.
