See which enquiries still need a reply

  • Each conversation shows New, Open or Closed.
  • Reply to take it, or use Change owner to pass it to a teammate.

Text back callers you miss

  • When nobody answers, the caller gets a text from your number and can reply.
  • Turn it on in More → Phone settings → Call handling.

Send a message later

  • Write your message, then touch and hold Send.
  • Pick the date and time it goes out.

What's new

  • Team inbox. Every conversation shows New, Open or Closed, so you can see which enquiries still need a reply. Reply to take an enquiry, or use Change owner to hand it to a teammate. Find it in Inbox.
  • Missed call text. When nobody answers, the caller gets a text from your number and can reply straight away. Turn it on in More → Phone settings → Call handling.
  • Scheduled messages. Write a message, then touch and hold Send to choose the date and time it goes out.
  • Team calls and transfer. See your team's live calls and who's ready for calls, and join a call in progress. On a call, tap Transfer and pick a teammate who's available. Find Team calls in Keypad, top right. Guide: Call transfer.
