Return visits: see which pets are due back for grooming

A Return visits list shows every pet overdue or due in the next 14 days with no booking. Grooming intervals are now set per pet, not per owner.

"Due back" is now Return visits, and it stopped being a number on a client record. It is a list you can work through.

Return visits: every pet that's due, in one list

Clients → Return visits shows each pet's last groom, the date it is due back, and whether it already has a booking. It opens on the ones that need you: overdue, or due within 14 days with nothing confirmed. Booked, No interval and All pets are the other three views.

Click a pet to open its record. Press Book and the form opens with that pet and its owner already picked.

Intervals are per pet, not per owner

A poodle and a labrador on one account used to share a single merged interval. Each pet now carries its own, along with its own grooming history and its own benefits.

Set the interval in weeks

The interval is a slider, one notch per week, 1 to 52. You set "every 6 weeks" instead of typing 42 days. Values that aren't whole weeks stay exactly as they are until you drag them.

Your shop default lives in Settings → Grooming care; a single pet's interval stays on the pet. Archived pets, blocked or deleted clients and cancelled bookings no longer count as pending, and dates are worked out in your shop's timezone.

Regular status, earned by coming back

Points, tiers and rewards are gone. In their place is one status a customer earns.

Set the visit count, then pick what a Regular gets: waitlist priority, a waived care charge, a product or gift, or your own lines. One save.

The customer sees it on their Pet Card — "2 of 3 visits · 1 more visit to become a Regular" with a bar, then the benefit list once they are there. When a Regular's care charge is waived, the booking estimate says so on its own line, so nobody has to ask why the price moved. Your staff see a Regular badge beside the client name.

Describe your services in your own words

Every service, option, add-on, booking question and answer can carry your own description now. Type it, or speak it into the editor. It shows up wherever a customer is choosing.

Improve rewrites what you actually wrote instead of inventing something new, and says what it is going to do before it does it. Clearing a description gives you the inherited one back rather than leaving a blank. The editor works in Cantonese.

Your business profile description can be drafted the same way in Settings, from facts about the shop: your hours, your services, what you specialise in.

One notification per person, based on what they can see

Who gets told about a booking is now worked out from what each person is allowed to see, rather than from a list kept per event. One person gets one notification, even when they qualify twice over.

You are no longer notified about your own action.

Your own bookings and the rest of the shop's are separate switches, so you can keep one on and the other off.

Ready to collect can go by email

Marking a pet ready could only ever text. A client with an email address and no mobile was refused outright, and they were missing from the board's notify prompt, its attention chip and its header count as well. Email is a real channel for pickup now, and an email-only client is a reachable client.

The Notify customer toggle on a reschedule now actually notifies. Dragging on the schedule page never told the customer anything, whatever the toggle said; dragging on the older calendar told them even when it was switched off. Both now do what the toggle says, on the channels you pick.

Every notify control in the booking drawer (mark ready, cancel, decline, reschedule, send reminder) is the same control, and each offers only the channels that event can actually send on.

Reviews: one choice instead of eight

Review settings are one card with a plain-English summary and one question: when do we ask? That evening, the next evening, or a few days later. The rest is folded into Advanced. Saving applies it to every location at once, and each location keeps its own switch, destination and link.

"That evening" is new. A groom that finishes after your send hour goes out the same night, subject to quiet hours.

Your public pages, and the page customers manage a booking on

The page a customer lands on to manage their booking has been rebuilt for phones. The home page and the booking engine page were rewritten around what actually happens in a grooming day. Your storefront now lists your location's amenities, parking and wheelchair access included, where a customer looks for them.

Fixes

  • "Created by" named the wrong person. A booking's activity could attribute it to an account other than the one that made it.
  • Review settings you couldn't use. The schedule appeared before Google was connected, so you could set up a request with nowhere to send it. Connect first now.
  • The visit timeline in the booking drawer shows the stages and their notification status in one place, rather than two.

Get Started

Open Clients → Return visits. It lands on the pets that are overdue or due in the next two weeks without a booking. Set your shop default interval in Settings → Grooming care, and each pet's own on its record.
