Team chat for your salon, and Seglo Phone priced per person
Message your team inside Seglo with team chat on web and the app. Seglo Phone is now priced per person, and each product has its own billing page and invoices.
Team chat inside Seglo
Message your team without leaving Seglo
Open Team chat on the web, or the Team side of the Messages tab in the Seglo app, to talk one-to-one or in a group with the people you work with. Type @ to mention someone and they get a notification. Share a client, a booking or a note as a card, so a teammate taps straight through to it instead of searching.
Leave a note on any client you can see
Anyone who can see a client can now add a note to them, not only people with access to day notes. Mention a teammate in a note and they are notified and taken straight to it.
Seglo Phone priced per person
Pay for each person with phone access, not each device
Seglo Phone is now priced per person. Someone who signs in on a phone and an iPad counts once. Team → Members shows what giving a person phone access costs, and a plan covers up to five people. As the owner you have the same switch, so you only pay for yourself if you use the phone.
Unsubscribe from Seglo Phone yourself
Every Seglo Phone plan now has an Unsubscribe button. You can undo it until the service stops, and if you move your number to another provider, Seglo shows the move and stops billing that number from the next bill.
Messages and calls
Find a conversation faster
Search and the number filter now sit in the Messages header, with the rest of the filters in one row. Conversations nobody has picked up read Unassigned, the same as in the Seglo Phone app.
See a photo that is still on its way
When a customer's photo message is slow to arrive, the conversation shows that a photo is on its way instead of showing nothing. If it never comes through, the message says so, so you can ask the customer to send it again.
Hand a conversation over with a note
Leave a staff-only handover note on a conversation for the next person who picks it up. Customers never see these notes.
Clearer call results
The Calls page names how each call ended, shows local numbers without the area code, and tells you when a filter, not an empty day, is why no calls are showing.
Callbacks come with the AI Receptionist
Callbacks are now part of the AI Receptionist add-on rather than the Growth plan. The callback badge counts only callbacks nobody has handled yet, and callback emails include the call summary and the time the customer called.
A smoother AI Receptionist booking
The AI Receptionist quotes a free time as soon as the caller asks for it, asks for confirmation once instead of re-reading the details, and books the right customer when several people share one phone number, using the pet's name.
Billing, usage and plans
One page per product, each with its own invoices
Settings → Subscription gives Bookings and Seglo Phone their own Manage page. Each lists its own invoices, so you can see what you paid for which product.
See your phone usage by month
Usage has a Voice tab with talk time broken down by line and by person, and an SMS & MMS tab. Pick any month to see what you used.
Discover what your plan can add
More features lists the features your plan doesn't include yet, with what each one does. Settings and sidebar items that need a different plan move there, so the menus only show what you can use today.
Reports and catalog
Pets report
Reports has a new Pets tab: the pets you groomed by breed, size, grooming time, coat condition and behaviour, plus the pets that need a follow-up. Export any list as a CSV.
Set a location's price beside the normal price
In the catalog, edit a location's price for a service right next to the normal price, instead of on a separate screen.
Get Started
Everything here is live in your Seglo account. Open Team chat to message your team, and check Settings → Subscription to see each product's plan and invoices.
