Seglo

Resource management

The groomer is free. The last dryer is not.

Ordinary calendars check the person and stop. Seglo checks every room, bath, grooming table, dryer and shared capacity pool the service needs before it offers the time.

What the booking checks

01

The right person

Rostered and skilled

02

The physical setup

Room, tool and quantity

03

The real capacity

Never a fifth bay in a pool of four

01 / The missing limit

Staff availability is only half an answer.

A free groomer cannot begin without the bath, table or dryer the service requires. Resource management makes those physical limits part of online booking.

02 / What you manage

Rooms, equipment and shared capacity.

Name resources the way your grooming business does. Create custom types, add the actual items at each location and set how many bookings a shared pool can hold.

01

Rooms

Bathing room · treatment room

One booking at a time

02

Equipment

Grooming table · HV dryer

The exact tool stays reserved

03

Capacity pools

Four drying bays · six stations

Any free place in the pool

03 / Resource requirements

Every service names what it needs.

Resource requirements sit on the service option. A nail clip and a full groom do not pretend to need the same physical setup.

04 / The ceiling that holds

Four drying bays means four dogs.

A capacity pool reserves any free place rather than one named bay. When every place is occupied, the fifth booking is refused because the real-world limit cannot be negotiated away.

Per service option

A nail clip can need no equipment while a full groom requires a bath, table and dryer. Requirements belong to the actual service option.

More than one

If the work needs two dryers or two rooms, set the quantity. The slot stays closed until the complete requirement is available.

Location aware

Resources belong to a location, so a dryer across town never makes a local booking appear available.

One booking engine

Bookings made by your desk, your customer page or the AI receptionist pass through the same resource availability check.

What about processing and assistant time?

How are several dogs booked together?

Put every dryer on the same calendar as the groomer.

Take 14 days to settle in. Decide later.
