Text messages reach more customers
If a customer gave a phone number when they booked but never added one to their account profile, their SMS reminders and updates could quietly go nowhere. We now fall back to the number on the booking, so those texts get delivered. Nothing for you to change — it just works for more of your customers.
Cleaner schedule audit trail
When a team member is unassigned from a booking because they go on leave, that note is now recorded as an internal system note on the schedule rather than against the customer — keeping the customer's record clean and the change properly attributed.
