Three ways to pack your day

You now decide how tightly your calendar fills. Leave it Off and every open time shows as usual. Turn on packing and Seglo highlights the times that keep your day efficient — and can trim the customer's choices down to your best few slots per day so bookings cluster instead of scattering. Or choose Adaptive, which loosens up when you're quiet and tightens when you're busy, based on demand and how far out the day is.

Suggested times, front and centre

When a customer is booking, the best few times now lift into a clear Suggested times group at the top, with the soonest slot called out — so they land on a good time without scrolling.

The Activity board

The schedule's new Activity view shows your day as it's actually happening: who's mid-groom, who's free, and how far through each booking they are, with a progress bar per appointment and each staff member in their own colour. It's the one screen to glance at when someone asks "how are we tracking?"

Drag a booking to another staff member

Reassigning a booking is now a drag. Pick up the card and drop it on another team member — even one on a different page of the schedule, which flips into view as you drag to the edge. The booking moves, the customer keeps their time, and everyone affected is notified.

Flexible drop-offs

For drop-off businesses, you can now set how long a pet may comfortably wait before their groom starts, and Seglo lays out drop-off times on their own schedule so the day packs sensibly. Drop-off slots also de-duplicate cleanly, so customers see one clear time per option.

Do more with an assistant

If you have an assistant, Seglo now understands that part of a booking needs a groomer and part doesn't. It can open up groomer-free windows — the assistant handles the prep or the drying while the groomer starts the next dog — so a solo-plus-assistant day fits noticeably more appointments without double-booking anyone.

Today's Briefing remembers your customers

Your daily briefing now draws on a running memory of each customer that builds up quietly after every visit — the things worth knowing next time they come in — so the briefing gets more useful the more you use Seglo. You can also pick any day to view its briefing, not just today.

Standing notes on a profile

Pin a standing note to a pet or customer profile — the one thing you always want front of mind ("nervous with clippers", "only front door"). It shows at the top of their details and the booking assistant treats it as the source of truth.

Booking experience polish

Your business logo now appears beside your name and address on the booking page.
A lapsed booking session quietly resumes where the customer left off instead of interrupting them.
The month label now follows the selected date across weeks that straddle two months.
Staff can skip the skills step in the welcome flow and get going faster.
Staff leave scheduling is now available on Growth and above.

Reliability

We've rolled out deeper error monitoring across the platform, so when something does go wrong we hear about it immediately. If you ever hit a full-page error, it now shows a short reference code you can quote to support to pinpoint exactly what happened.

Everything here is live in your account now. To try the new scheduling controls, head to Settings → Booking and look for Day Packing. To see the floor at a glance, open Schedule and switch to the Activity tab.
