That is what your own minutes are worth at the rate you set. Whether the market pays it is a question this page cannot answer for you.
- How much should I charge for dog grooming?
- This page will not tell you, because it does not know your market. What it does is turn the minutes each kind of dog actually takes you, at the hourly rate you set, into a price list. Whether the market pays it is yours to judge.
- Should the price go up for matting?
- The arithmetic only asks how much longer a matted coat takes you. Enter the extra minutes and the addition follows from your own rate. If a matted coat takes an hour longer and your rate is $70, the addition is $70.
- How does commission change the price?
- If a groomer receives 45% commission, your shop keeps the other 55%. Add that commission in the staff section to calculate a price that leaves your shop the hourly amount you entered.
