Export your data from DaySmart Pet

You can pull a full backup yourself in four clicks, or request proper CSV exports and wait two business days. Do the first one today.

Formerly 123Pet. There are two ways out, and the difference between them is mostly how long you wait.

Grab the backup yourself, today

Open More.
Go to Settings, then Support.
Click Download Backup.

That gives you a full XML backup of your account. It isn't a file you'd want to read over breakfast, but it holds everything, it takes four clicks, and it doesn't depend on anyone answering an email. Do this one first, whatever else you decide.

Request the readable exports

DaySmart also has a Data Retrieval & Export Request Form for account owners, which produces separate files:

Processing usually takes up to two business days, longer if they're busy. So submit it early. Waiting on this form is the most common reason a switch date slips by a week.

Only the account owner can make the request.

Which one do we need?

Send whatever you've got. The self-serve backup is usually enough for us to work from, and the itemised exports are easier to check by eye if you want to see your own client count before you commit to anything.

If you're on a cancelled account and locked out, the same form is also how you request temporary access to get your data back. Ask before the account goes cold rather than after.

What you won't get

Saved card details. Your customers save a card again on their first payment through Seglo.

Send it to us

Email the files to support@seglo.ai from your Seglo account address. Don't try to convert the XML into something friendlier first; send it as it came.
