Export your data from MoeGo

Every MoeGo report has a Download button. The trap is that it only exports the columns you can currently see.

MoeGo hands you everything through its reports, and every report has a Download button in the top-right corner that gives you CSV or Excel. The work is knowing which reports to run, and watching one trap while you do it.

The trap: you only export what you can see

A MoeGo download reflects whatever is on screen: your current filters, grouping, date range, and only the columns currently displayed in the table. A column you've hidden is a column that won't be in the file, and you won't notice until it's missing.

So before you press Download on any report: widen the date range, clear the filters, and turn every available column back on.

Run these reports

Browse the category tabs and export at least these:

  • Clients Insight: your client and pet records. This is the important one.
  • Appointments: your booking history, and anything booked ahead.
  • Sales or Finance: only if you want revenue history for your own records; we don't need it to set you up.
  • Employee: your team, if it's quicker than typing them out.

For each: open the report, set the date range wide, show all columns, then Download and choose CSV.

Pets and coat notes

Pet detail is the thing most worth checking before you send anything. Open the client and pet reports, confirm breed, size, and whatever notes fields you've been keeping are actually in the file, and add the columns if they aren't. Those fields are the reason a groom goes right the first week after a switch.

What you won't get

Saved card details. Your customers save a card again on their first payment through Seglo.

Send it to us

Email the files to support@seglo.ai from your Seglo account address. Send more reports than you think we need rather than fewer, and don't tidy them up.

Do it while your MoeGo subscription is still active.
