Your booking text/email link

View and confirm an appointment straight from the link in your text or email — no sign-in required. Cancelling or rescheduling uses your account.

Updated 22 July 2026

Every confirmation text, email, and push notification you get from a business on Seglo includes a short link — seglo.ai/s/... — that opens straight to that one booking. You don't need an account or a password to view it or to confirm it; the link itself is your key.

Open your booking from the link

Tap the link in your text, email, or notification. It takes a moment to load, then drops you straight onto a page with that appointment's date, time, services, staff member, and location — no sign-in screen in the way.

You can view your receipt and every other booking detail from this page at any time, without signing in.

Confirm your appointment

If the business asked you to confirm, a Confirm button appears at the top of the actions. Tap it and the booking updates immediately — no sign-in needed, since confirming doesn't change or cancel anything.

Cancel or reschedule

Cancelling and rescheduling use your Seglo account — they're the two actions that actually move or remove a booking, so they stay behind a normal sign-in.

  • Tap Cancel or Reschedule and you'll be taken to sign in (or to My bookings if you're already signed in).
  • You must sign in with the account the booking is linked to — the one used to make it. Being signed in to a different account isn't enough; only the booking's owner can move or cancel it, even with the link.
  • Once signed in, cancel or reschedule from My bookings, where you'll also see whether a cancellation fee applies before you confirm.
  • Don't have an account, or booked as a guest? Contact the business directly to change or cancel — they can update the booking for you.

Know when the link stops working

  • Viewing, confirming, and your receipt stay available for 30 days after your appointment ends — plenty of time to look something up after the fact.
  • If a link is old enough to have expired entirely, opening it shows a plain "this link is invalid or has expired" message rather than any booking details.

Tips

  • A wrong link, an already-cancelled booking, and an expired link all show the same message. That's deliberate — it keeps someone guessing at other people's links from learning whether a code was ever valid.
  • Every new confirmation/reminder text carries its own fresh link for that specific booking — if you have several upcoming appointments with different businesses, each one has its own separate link; they don't interfere with each other.
  • Already have a Seglo account? Sign in and use My bookings — it shows every booking across every business in one place, with the reschedule and cancel actions.
