My bookings
Find any appointment across every business, reschedule or cancel it, rebook past appointments, see what a cancellation costs before you confirm, and watch your waitlist.
Updated 19 July 2026
When you need to check a time, move an appointment, or cancel one without trawling through confirmation emails, this is the one place that holds every booking you've made through Seglo — across every business you've ever booked with. Sign in and open My Bookings from the navigation.

Find one specific appointment fast
A dropdown next to the search box narrows what you see to five views: Upcoming (not yet started), Past (finished or settled), Cancelled, All, and Waitlist. Start on the view that matches what you're after, then use the Search bookings box beside it to filter the current view.
Search doesn't only match the business name — it also matches the service, the pet or profile name on the booking, and the booking reference. So if you booked under your dog's name, type the dog's name. The number shown next to Waitlist in that dropdown tells you how many active waitlist entries you have without opening it.

On the Upcoming view your appointments are grouped under Today, Tomorrow, This Week, and Later so the next visit is always at the top. On a computer, the first upcoming booking opens on its own as soon as the page loads — you don't have to click it.
Open a booking and read every detail
Select any appointment to open its full detail — on the right on a computer, or as a sheet that slides up from the bottom on a phone. The top shows the status (Confirmed, Pending, Completed, Settled, Cancelled, or No-show), the date and time window, and the business name. That business name is a link — tap it to jump straight to that business's booking page if you want to book again.
A Pending booking means the business reviews each request before confirming it. Your slot is held while you wait — you'll get a notification once the business accepts or declines. Most businesses confirm within a few hours, though the exact response window is set by each business. Until then, the booking row shows an amber Pending badge so the status is always visible at a glance.
Below that sit the Services with the staff member and duration on each line, the Total, the Location, and any Notes the business left on the booking.
Tell whether you've already paid
Under the total, a small line tells you where the money stands. Paid (with your card brand and last four digits, like "Paid · Visa ·· 4242") means the business has already taken the charge. Pay on arrival means a card may be on file but nothing has been charged yet — you settle in person. If neither line shows, there's nothing outstanding to flag.
Get directions or call the place
In the Location block, tapping the address opens it in your phone's maps app, and an embedded map previews where to go. If the business listed a phone number it's tappable too — one tap calls them. Any amenities the business added (parking, wheelchair access, and the like) appear as small chips under the address, so you can check for them before you set off.
Reschedule without rebooking from scratch
You can move a Confirmed or Pending appointment that hasn't started yet. Select it, then choose Reschedule — you're dropped into that business's booking flow to pick a new time, and once you confirm the appointment shows the new time back here.
The Reschedule button only appears while the move is still allowed. On a past, cancelled, completed, or already-started booking it's hidden — that's the rule doing its job, not a glitch.
Book the same services again
Had a great visit and want to repeat it? On a Completed, Settled, Cancelled, or No-show appointment, select it and choose Rebook — you're dropped straight into the availability picker for that business with the same services pre-loaded. Pick a new time, confirm, and a fresh booking is created. The original appointment is untouched.
A few things to know:
- Price is re-calculated at current rates. A rebook is a brand-new booking, so the business's current prices apply — not what you paid last time.
- Same staff member is pre-selected, but you can change them at the professional-selection step in case your usual person isn't available.
- The full booking flow runs. Payment, capacity, and booking policies all apply the same way as any new booking — the rebook button is a shortcut to the time-picker, not a skip of the checkout.
- The Rebook button only appears on past or terminal appointments (Completed, Settled, Cancelled, No-show). For upcoming appointments, use Reschedule instead.
See what a cancellation costs before you commit
Select the booking and choose Cancel booking. Before you confirm anything, Seglo checks the business's cancellation policy against how much notice you're giving and shows you two numbers: the Refund you'd get back and the Cancellation fee that would apply. This is the part worth pausing on — cancel inside the free-cancellation window and the fee is zero; cancel late and you can see the cost before deciding.
You can add a reason (optional), then choose Yes, Cancel to go ahead or Keep Appointment to back out. If the appointment can no longer be cancelled, the dialog tells you why and the confirm button stays greyed out — you won't be able to push it through. Once confirmed, the booking moves to the Cancelled view.
See photos the business shared with you
Some businesses attach photos to an appointment — before and after shots, grooming results, repair photos — and choose to share them with you. When they do, you get an email and a push notification, and a Photos section appears inside the booking detail. Tap any thumbnail to open the full view; before and after pairs show as a side-by-side slider. To save a photo, long-press it on mobile or right-click on desktop. The section is hidden on bookings that have no shared photos.

Watch and leave a waitlist
The Waitlist view lists your active waitlist entries — the times you asked to be notified about when a fully-booked slot opens up. Each entry shows its date range, when you joined, and its status; a priority badge appears when your entry isn't standard priority. To leave a list, remove the entry — it asks you to confirm before it drops you off.
Tips
- A cancellation fee or refund you disagree with is the business's call — only they can review or waive it, so contact them directly. Seglo only shows what their policy works out to.
- Refunds go back to the card you paid with. How long they take is up to your bank — usually 3 to 10 business days.
- Every time is shown in the business's local timezone, not yours. Booked a salon in another city while travelling? "Today" and the clock times match that city, so a London and a Sydney booking each land under their own day.
- Missing Reschedule, Rebook, or Cancel buttons mean the action isn't available — each action only appears on the bookings it applies to. Reschedule is for upcoming confirmed or pending bookings; Rebook is for past, settled, cancelled, or no-show bookings; Cancel is for bookings that haven't been cancelled yet and are still within the business's cancellation window.
- After you finish a booking you arrive here with a brief screen. For instant-confirm businesses it's a celebratory "Booking Confirmed" animation. If the business requires approval, you see a calm "Booking Pending — we'll notify you once confirmed" screen instead. Either way it plays once and won't repeat.
