Dashboard
This week's revenue and trend, today's bookings, action items, and a Pay Run card when commission is owing. The pattern charts now live in Reports → Insights.

The dashboard at Dashboard in the left navigation is your operational home screen. It answers two questions at a glance: how is this week going, and what needs attention today.
Open in app: Dashboard
This Week
The large card at the top shows your week's revenue with a trend indicator (▲ up or ▼ down vs last week) and a sparkline of daily revenue for the rolling week. Below it, four foot tiles give quick context: today's revenue, total bookings this week, average ticket size, and new clients this week.
This card resets at the start of each business week in your business's timezone.
If any day this week had appointments marked Completed that haven't been paid yet, the chart adds a second, dashed amber line — Completed, unpaid — alongside your solid revenue line. It only appears on days with unpaid completed work; a fully-paid week shows just the solid line. Hover a day to see the exact unpaid amount in the tooltip. This is a heads-up to collect payment on finished jobs, not a forecast — it doesn't include upcoming or unconfirmed bookings.
Today's bookings
The Today card shows upcoming bookings for today (status: Pending or Confirmed, sorted by start time), up to three at a time, with a count in the header. If there are no upcoming bookings the card shows "No bookings today". View schedule links to your full schedule view.
Action items
The action items card shows three operational signals:
- Pending requests — bookings awaiting your approval. Clicking the card opens the schedule.
- Completion rate — the share of this week's bookings that have been checked out.
- Average rating — average star rating from client reviews. Shown with total review count.
Pay Run card
The Pay Run card appears when there is outstanding commission owing to staff. It shows the total amount unpaid, a "Next pay run: [date]" line if your pay schedule has a next pay date configured, and an Overdue indicator in amber if that date has passed.
The card appears when any of these are true:
- Commission is owing to staff (unsettled
BookingStaffSettlementrecords), or - Your configured pay date is within 3 days, or
- Your configured pay date has already passed.
When none of these conditions applies the card is hidden and the attention row shows two cards instead of three. Finalize pay run links to Pay → Finalize.
Where did Peak Hours, Service Distribution, and Top Performers go?
These three charts have moved to Reports → Insights. They show patterns (busiest times, popular services, strongest performers) rather than daily operational signals, so Reports is the better home. The Insights tab is visible to anyone who can access Reports (owner, admin, and managers with the Reports permission). See Reports hub for details.
